The evening starts in a somewhat magical way with a tart cocktail in our hotel lounge, the way it really opens the taste buds and teases our appetite. Not just because a cocktail is a trendy and nice way to begin the evening in, but also because there is great craftsmanship behind every ingredient. It is the mixture of the flavours that create the full image – just like a perfect night out.

Excitement, dynamics, experience, quality and a feeling of gala – but in a safe and familiar feeling of home here you can be yourself. That is how we experience our best nights out and that is the way we want you to experience a dinner with us. We have traveled and seen, experienced and tasted. The kitchens of the world never cease to inspire, and now we proudly present a complete menu Villa Anna style. Try a variety exciting intermediate courses, made from carefully selected ingredients, to say the least. Simple and natural! Every composition is created in our lab and has to pass through many steps before we land on a presentation that finally ends up on the menu. A fantastically creative process that we love. We present a dinner in the form of snacks and intermediate courses – neither appetizers nor main courses, but with fantastic flavours. All to ensure that your experience reach the next level.

Please choose some of our selected courses that are presented in four or six servings or handpick your own favourites to find the right feel just for you. We recommend at least three intermediate courses for a complete meal. Let the food, wine and atmosphere give you that special experience – without having to travel around the world.
