Food and beverages for the party

A party at Villa Anna means you can relax as the party-fixer, main person and organiser. Here, in Uppsala’s charming cultural heritage area, we offer you and your guests taste sensations and service that will make your big day really special.
We have space for 86 guests and the ambience of the banquet hall can be changed and adapted to suit your personal wishes. One of the corners is glass-enclosed which means both daylight and starlight is let in and the room can be dimmed for an eye-catching film or slide show via a projector on the ceiling.

If needed, the entire hotel can be booked, including the dining room, banquet floor, wine cellar, hotel rooms and suites.

Suggested menu

This menu is served in the banquet hall for minimum 15 people. Please note that all guests will be served the same menu. We request the menu be chosen latest one week in advance. Any allergies/food intolerances must be stated when the order is made.
You compose your own menu and can add canapés and/or cheese at an extra cost

Starter

Fröya salmon with ginger, cress emulsion, pickled kohlrabi och bread crisp

"Skagen" on brioche with bleak roe och dill

Main course

Cod with blue mussles Beurre blanc, smoked potato puré, point cabbage and fried kale

Sirloin steak with truffle béarnaise and red wine sauce, smoked onion, mushroom and herb roasted potato

Dessert

Chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream, brownie, raspberry compote and licorice meringue

Crème brûlée with appel sorbet, appel compote and cardamom crisp
